First things first: How much money will you make ?

Let's keep it simple, you shouldn’t make less than 2$ a mile as I mentioned above, so now it all depends on how many miles you can do, from my experience, a car hauler can do 3000 miles a week easy, so you should make at least 6000$ in gross weekly. If you cant do the miles, thats on you, but if you do the miles and you don’t make that amount, find a new dispatcher or a new company.

TIP: For every 100$ you will try to save you will loose 1000$. Do not try to save on maintenance, don't get cheapest tires, don't get cheapest trailer, don't do cheapest routes(no toll), don't save on dispatcher to get loads by yourself, don't be cheap, buy yourself a pair of
Race Ramps from the beginning you will thank me later. There are many other examples, I cant list them all here, but don't think you will save anything by being cheap. Im talking from own experience.

Introduction

Ready to start a business in the trucking industry? OF COURSE YOU ARE! That's why you have this guide! Thank you so much for purchasing my starter guide! My name is Max and I'm beyond thrilled to share my 5 years of trucking experience and expertise with you to help you succeed. Throughout my career in the trucking world, I’ve been in the car hauling business (5 years +), I've worked for 3 years as a driver, and also 2 years as a dispatcher. I started out working for a company, like many others, and after I felt confident with what I was doing and understood the business I launched into starting and operating my own business. Although starting your own business seems like an extremely daunting task it is well worth your time investment, financial investment, and mental dedication. There's never a day in this industry where you don't learn something new. When I first started, I had nearly ZERO clue where to begin. So this guide is tailored made for the beginner, those looking for direction, those who have questions, and the old timers in the business keeping relevant in the ever changing world of transportation. This guide also specifically guides you through car hauling, yet the principals can be applied to anywhere in the trucking industry.

Now onto the next piece of business before we jump into the “meat” of our information. Let's set some proper expectations here. This guide is designed to help you understand what is involved in this business and provide crystal clear information for you. Let's be honest, if you weren't here to learn or looking for understanding you wouldn't have invested into the purchase of this guide. By the time you get through this guide you should have all the information you need to either keep pressing forward or to move on to another business opportunity. After all, not all business opportunities are the right fit for everyone.

The transportation industry is among the toughest, yet most rewarding and satisfying industries to be in both financially and mentally. So, as your coach. My job is to prepare you to understand everything required for starting a trucking business and also give you a “college” education on the business to help prepare you to venture out on your own or to move on to something else. If you're a “numbers” person, think about it this way: You’ve invested Under $100 for information to help you decide which direction to go. It’s specific and direct information related to the business. An attorney or business coach typically costs $100 per hour and doesn’t always help you in the right direction. So for the cost of a brand new pair of Nike’s, you’re getting a guide you can hold onto forever with the information you need to help you. You can also write this guide off as a tax deduction as it's a business expense! So you really “WIN” in multiple ways above the guide's content!
